BeLief Statement
Choosing the proper organization to be Ordained with is not always easy especially in our current climate of new age and social progressive denominations that deviate from the eternal and immutable Word of God.
I've chosen and honored to be Ordained through The Open Arms of Jesus (OAJ) and the Fellowship of Christian Assemblies (FCA). Both of these organizations are Pentecostal. I was raised and attended Pentecostal, Baptist and Mennonite Churches.
Today, I consider myself simply a servant of God, the Bible is my ultimate authority, however, I fully believe and and accountable to my covering in the FCA Belief Statement below.

FAQ's
What is a Chaplain?
A chaplain is a certified religious professional who provides spiritual care and support outside traditional congregational settings, typically within institutions such as hospitals, prisons, military units, universities, corporations, or hospice programs. They offer confidential pastoral counseling, lead worship services or prayer when requested, perform religious rites (baptisms, weddings, funerals), facilitate ethical discussions, and serve as a compassionate presence during crises, trauma, or end-of-life situations, all while respecting diverse faith traditions (or none) and maintaining strict confidentiality similar to medical or mental-health providers.Wait are you a Pastor or Chaplain? What's the difference?
Well, I'm Certified as both, but I function as a specialized pastor whose “parish” is an institution rather than a local church. While a chaplain may still preach, teach, baptize, or officiate weddings and funerals when specifically requested by someone of their own faith tradition, they usually do not perform the regular congregational duties that define traditional pastoring: delivering weekly sermons to the same congregation, leading scheduled worship services, administering communion on a set liturgical calendar, overseeing church committees or budgets, recruiting and training volunteers, planning youth or children’s ministries, conducting membership classes, managing church staff, or building and growing a specific faith community. In short, chaplains exercise pastoral care without the ongoing congregational leadership responsibilities that occupy most local-church pastors.
What type of Counselling do you do?
As a pastor, I provide biblical counseling that is firmly rooted in Scripture as the ultimate authority for faith and practice. While I may at times draw upon evidence-based tools such as cognitive-behavioral techniques to help illustrate or apply biblical truth, I am not a state-licensed mental-health professional, and my counseling is distinctly pastoral in nature. All guidance, insight, and strategies are intentionally framed within a biblical worldview, with the goal of fostering repentance, faith, obedience, and progressive sanctification through the power of the Holy Spirit. My areas of focus include overcoming addiction, building biblical resilience, addressing depression and spiritual dryness, strengthening marriages according to God’s design, and walking alongside believers in the lifelong journey of becoming more like Christ. How much do Counselling Services Cost?
My pastoral counseling is offered freely as part of my ministry, reflecting the grace we have received in Christ. You will never be charged a fee or presented with a bill. The counsel you receive is informed by a master’s-level education in theology and biblical studies, combined with many years of pastoral care and lived experience walking with people through life’s deepest joys and trials. While there is no obligation whatsoever, if the Lord leads you to express gratitude through a voluntary gift, any donation—given cheerfully and according to your means—will be received with appreciation and stewarded faithfully through the Open Arms of Jesus ministry. My desire is simply to serve you as a fellow pilgrim in the gospel.
