EMERGENCY SERVICES CHAPLAIN
As a chaplain serving emergency services agencies, I provide compassionate, non-denominational spiritual and emotional support to firefighters, paramedics, police officers, dispatchers, and their families during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
My role is to walk alongside first responders after critical incidents—whether a line-of-duty death, a pediatric cardiac arrest, a traumatic crash, or a mass-casualty event—offering a confidential presence, active listening, and practical care that respects each person’s beliefs or lack thereof.
I respond to stations, hospitals, and homes at all hours, facilitate debriefings and help personnel process grief, moral injury, and cumulative stress in a profession where vulnerability is often seen as weakness.
Beyond crisis response, I build long-term relationships through ride-alongs and regular check-ins, working to normalize mental health conversations and reduce the stigma that keeps many from seeking help.
My ministry is one of quiet presence—neither preaching nor proselytizing, but simply reminding these everyday heroes that they do not carry the weight of their calls alone, and that their sacrifices are seen, valued, and deeply honored by someone who is always on call for them.
OUTREACH MISINTRY
I am on Staff with the Open Arms of Jesus Outreach Ministry under the Leadership of Director Pastor Ann Heckuluck.
The Open Arms of Jesus is an outreach Ministry for both the churched and unchurched. We serve and administer a food and clothing bank for those in need financially, emotionally and spiritually.
We are involved in international Missionary work and church plants. We also provide Chaplaincy and Counselling to Niagara Health Services and a number of Assisted Care Facilities.
ORDAINED OFFICIANT
As a Christian wedding officiant, I have the joy of crafting and leading wedding ceremonies that place Jesus Christ at the very center of your marriage covenant. My services include personalized ceremony scripting rooted in Scripture, pre-marital conversations grounded in biblical principles of love, submission, and lifelong commitment, baptisms, and the celebration of communion, all culminating in the solemn pronouncement of your union “in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.”
Whether you desire a traditional liturgy, a contemporary service woven with worship, or something in between, every element will reflect the truth that your marriage is a sacred reflection of Christ’s love for His church.
I am honored to serve couples of all Christian traditions including the unchurched in churches, gardens, barns, or backyards.
In addition to weddings, I offer vow renewals, holy matrimony blessings for couples previously married civilly, baptisms, communion services, and funerals or memorials that proclaim the hope of the resurrection.
My heart is to shepherd you through these sacred moments with pastoral care, theological faithfulness, and genuine celebration, ensuring the gospel is both spoken and seen as you live under God’s grace.
COUNSELLING & DISCIPLESHIP
As a Christian counselor, I offer biblically grounded, prayer-saturated counseling for individuals, couples, and families seeking healing and growth in Christ.
My approach integrates Scripture, sound theology, and proven clinical practices to address anxiety, depression, addiction, marriage conflicts, trauma, grief, and spiritual struggles. Every session begins and ends with prayer, inviting the Holy Spirit to guide, convict, and comfort. I help couples rebuild trust and intimacy on the foundation of Ephesians 5 and 1 Corinthians 13, while guiding individuals toward freedom from sin patterns through repentance and renewal of the mind (Romans 12:2). Sessions are fully confidential, Christ-centered, and aimed at lasting heart change rather than mere behavior modification.
I also provide pre-marital counseling, crisis intervention and discipleship-focused support for those wrestling with doubt or spiritual dryness.
My desire is to walk alongside you as you experience the transforming power of the gospel in every area of life. All are welcome who sincerely desire counseling rooted in the authority of God’s Word.
THE MINISTRY
I'm an Ordained Christian Pastor working primarily outside of the four walls of the Church. My organizational covering is through the Fellowship of Christian Assemblies (FCA) and I perform my Ministry locally under the Open Arms of Jesus Outreach (OAJ) Ministry in St. Catharines, ON. I'm a trained Emergency Services Chaplain (BCC), participate in OAJ outreach activities by sharing food and clothing with folks who need a hand in a season of need. I also provide Biblical Spiritual Care and Counselling to individuals and couples.
